One of our customers approached us with a concern: their warehouse was becoming uncomfortably hot, impacting employee wellbeing and productivity. After a site visit by our experienced design engineer, we proposed a straightforward and effective solution, two evaporative coolers paired with two high-capacity extraction fans.
The extraction fans were installed at the top of the warehouse, mounted securely using Unistrut brackets, and fitted with gravity louvres to prevent debris or insects from entering when the fans are not in operation.
The cooling units were installed on the side of the building, also supported by Unistrut frames. We routed ducting through the structure to direct cool air to the most high-traffic and heat-sensitive areas. To complete the setup, egg crate grilles were installed on the duct outlets for a clean, even airflow distribution.
Upon completion of the installation, we powered on the system and the results were immediate. There was a noticeable drop in temperature, greatly improving comfort levels within the warehouse
