High-Vacuum Units

The CE range is a high-quality, plug-and-play suction unit designed to deliver reliable performance combined with advanced filtration technology. The CE-18 model is specifically included in series with stationary units for high-vacuum applications, making it an ideal solution for demanding industrial environments where consistent suction is required.

Each unit is supplied as a fully integrated system, comprising a compressed-air cleaned cartridge filter, a dust collection container, a side channel blower, and a fully enclosed electrical and control cabinet. All components are fully assembled upon delivery, allowing for quick and straightforward installation. The unit is ready to connect to the power supply, compressed air, and pipework, minimising downtime during commissioning. A plastic collection bag is supplied as standard within the dust container for clean and easy dust disposal.

Efficient and automatic air-pulse filter cleaning ensures that the cartridge filter maintains optimal performance, even when handling high dust loads. This guarantees consistent suction capacity and prolongs filter life. The integrated control cabinet includes a starting device with built-in functionality for start/stop operation, automatic filter cleaning, and a terminal strip for external start signals, providing flexibility for integration with existing systems.

To protect the blower and ensure reliable long-term operation, the unit is equipped with a vacuum relief valve, which supplies cooling air to the side channel blower under high vacuum conditions. The cyclone and chassis are manufactured from durable powder-coated steel for long service life, finished in RAL 7044.

A range of optional upgrades is available to tailor the unit to specific requirements, including a demand-controlled drive, sound enclosure, and the option to add a HEPA filter for enhanced filtration performance.
